Courage is a vital aspect of our Christian journey, as we often face trials that test our faith. The story of Joshua reminds us that God commands us to be strong and courageous, not because we are inherently brave, but because He is with us in every step we take. In Isaiah, we are assured that God strengthens the weary and increases the power of the weak, indicating that our strength comes from Him (Isaiah 40:29). When we encounter fear, we can turn to the promise that perfect love casts out fear, giving us the confidence to move forward (1 John 4:18).
