Christ has given some individuals as leaders, such as apostles, prophets, evangelists, and teachers, to help the church grow. Their role is to prepare believers for service and to build up the body of Christ until we all reach unity in faith and knowledge of the Son of God, becoming mature in our spiritual journey.

Each believer is given unique gifts for the purpose of building up the body of Christ. The church is called to be a place where we encourage spiritual growth, challenge each other in love, and stand firm in our faith. As we embody Christ’s teachings, we fulfill the mission of being His hands and feet in the world. Remembering that we are all part of one body, we are reminded of the call to love our neighbors and serve selflessly, just as Christ served us. Let us strive to keep the bond of peace in our community (Romans 12:4-5; Colossians 3:14).
