Supporting our coworkers through prayer is an essential part of embodying Christ’s love in the workplace. When we remember that our work is ultimately for the Lord, it changes our perspective on how we interact with others. In Romans 12:10, we are reminded to be devoted to one another in love, valuing each other above ourselves. This means that praying for our coworkers not only uplifts them but also fosters a spirit of unity and encouragement in the workplace. Additionally, in Galatians 6:2, we are instructed to bear one another's burdens, signifying our call to support each other in times of difficulty. Through prayer, we can intercede on behalf of our colleagues, seeking God's wisdom and strength for them. By doing so, we not only align our hearts with God’s purpose but also contribute to a more loving and compassionate work environment where everyone can thrive.
