The Lord is the source of wisdom, providing knowledge and understanding to those who seek Him.
— Proverbs 2:6
As we prepare for a new school year, it's essential to remember that seeking wisdom is a vital part of our journey. In Proverbs, we learn that the Lord grants wisdom and understanding, a reminder that true knowledge begins with reverence for Him. This year, let us approach our studies as an opportunity to grow not just in intellect but in character and faith. When we immerse ourselves in our studies while keeping God at the center, we cultivate a deeper understanding of our purpose and potential. The wisdom we gain through education is a gift from God, meant to be shared and used for His glory. Additionally, James reminds us that if we lack wisdom, we should ask God, who gives generously. Let's be open to learning not just from books but from our experiences and interactions with others, embodying Christ's love and compassion in all that we do.
